Hello, I’m Erik Barrios, a professional Graphic Designer and Art Director with over a decade of experience in the field. My journey in the world of design has been a thrilling adventure, filled with creativity and a commitment to excellence.

I was born with a natural inclination for the arts, and that early spark led me to pursue my passion. My artistic journey began in Palmdale, California, and over the years, I’ve honed my skills to transform ideas into captivating visuals.

From my very first art class at the age of six, it was clear that I had a gift. This gift evolved over the years, and by high school, I was already illustrating entire yearbook pages with my favorite superhero, Spiderman. My creativity never stopped evolving.

Despite facing adversity when diagnosed with acanthamoeba keratitis in 2008, I persevered and continued my education at the University of California, Santa Barbara. My determination to turn challenges into opportunities only grew stronger.

In college, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Art and extended my skills into the digital realm.

Currently, I’m based in Southern California, where I continue to push the boundaries of my creative abilities. I have the privilege of serving as a Graphic Designer and Art Director in Los Angeles, where I collaborate with diverse teams to transform visions into stunning visuals.

As an Art Director, I’ve honed my creative direction, leading my teams to produce high-impact visual strategies that effectively communicate brand messages. I excel in fostering a collaborative environment, bringing out the best in individual talents to deliver outstanding results. My project management skills ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and a commitment to quality standards.

My journey is far from over. I’m excited to continue developing my talents and pushing the boundaries of creativity. Every day, I strive to create visually captivating designs, inspire brand recognition, engage customers, and contribute to revenue growth.
